New house (with of the appartments) built about 2000 in Elblag. It's different architecture than early blocks built to 1990. Place - corner of Robotnicza str. and Brzeska street.

The architecture is type blocky, square, ugly of the modern times but the picture is very well done with superb colours and light. Well done.

Hi Aleksander,
Interesting to see that the architect here had some kind of imagination and refrained from building the same old blocks we can see everywhere from the last half of the 20th century. This nearly looks attractive!

Architektura kojarzy sie ze wspomnieniami ale nawet tutaj tak zle nie wyglada.

Alex, you've done very well with the light - however bulky the buildings are they look vivid and clearly opposing the grayness and sameness of the Soviet blocks of flats

Hello Aleksander,
Thanks for posting this -- it's well done and also an interesting and fairly encouraging update. The colors and varied facades and fenestration humanize these apartments. However, it looks as if issues of parking and pedestrian movement and usable open space may still need some work. I'd be interested to know more about the market these are designed for -- the balconies are great but probably expensive. More like this please!

Znam taka ulice w Sanoku, w ktorym mieszkalem do az do wyjazdu do IR. Tamta niestety nie cieszy sie dobra opinia, a spacery noca naleza do ekstrimow. Ladnie zapodane i niesamowicie kolorowe.

The architect has tried to bring some variation in forms and colours in this large building. Anyway, this kind of buildings are often very boring and it is good that he searched for a better design.

That looks like - what I would say in German translated into English - rabbit boxes, or very small apartments. This is new form of housing, at least yours is a bit more colorful then in our part of the world. Exactly the colors make this pictures standing out of the crowd. The SUV in the foreground boost DOF and gives the shot the extra punch. Well done

The massive block stands well against the dark cloudy sky!
The tight framing makes the structure even more impressive, and the fine light makes the colours blossom...

A urban architecture coloured nicely arised on this photograph, the tight sight on the building makes it more massive. Beautiful exposure and treatment of the colors succeeded. Interesting glance… and pretty 4x4 in the foreground… Well done Aleksander.

Like Antonio wrote, the architecture isn't the prettiest one and I would hardly consider it to get a good photograph, but you achieved producing a really attractive image, making a masterful use of the graphics, colours and light.

Co prawda blok nowszy niz te typowe komunistyczne ale tez az tak bardzo sie nie rozni. Tylko pare nieco nowszych elementow.
