Photographer's Note

The small island is on one lake of Mazur’s lake system in north east Poland. It’s near the village called Sztynort. This lake system is the best place for sailing in Poland. The photo was shoot a few minutes before sunset.

Welcome to TE, Marcin. This is a very nice first shot. The exposure is well selected. I like the silhouettes and the darkness, with the only clear colour being the blue of the sky. The reflections are beautiful and the birds add interest. Nice peaceful mood. I'd perhaps crop a little more of the sky, but I like this shot very much - well done.

Belle photo pleine de poésie et d'atmosphère. Ces oiseaux donnent la vie au paysage. La lumière est divine.

Bonour Marcin et bienvenue sur TE,
Effectivement c'est une tres belle image pour un premier post mais l'on m'a souvent reproché de couper mes photos en deux ( la ligne d'horizon au centre) Dans ce cas, je pense qu'il aurait fallu privilegier le ciel en cadrant un peu plus haut ( 1/3-2/3 )
L'atmosphere y est douce et reposante.

Piękna ekspozycja, sylwety na I planie znakomicie kontrastują z tłem. Kompozycja tez mi się podoba! Dobra robota!
