I see you like photographing nature, Stan. I like this one a lot. Good colours. And I like the contrast between the tall reeds/stems and the round lily pads. It looks like you used a polarizing filter, and good for you. Maybe you could reduce the brightness a touch. Also, there is something distracting on the middle lily pad. If it's garbage it could be cloned out, or better yet -- removed before you take the picture. If it's something natural that belongs there, (like a frog) I'd like to have a better look at it.
