Photographer’s Note
Building regional office in Rzeszów was built according to a draft drawn up by Ludwik Pisarek (Rzeszow) in consultation with architect Marcin Weinfeld (Warsaw). The project was positively assessed by the Central Office Project in Warsaw. Construction began in 1951 and lasted four years. The building (the largest public building Podkarpacie capital) has been erected in the style of "socialist realism".
