Hello Swiatopelk,
A well chosen POV creating a dynamic contrast between the red bricks in the foreground and the blue sky. The trees and flowers frame the white building nicely.

Dobro vece, kod nas je pocela da pada slaba kisa.
Dobra arhitektura i dobre boje.
Svidja mi se cvece u prednjem planu fotografije i ptica koja se tu zatekla.

Janek Jasmis ma racje, Ty to dopiero potrafisz. Ciekawe, czy jest tam jakas partia z ktora trzymasz. PiS do niczego, PO zalosna, SLD i PSL dosc groteskowe. No wlasnie, na kogo glosowac, jak przyjda wybory? Nie ma na kogo. Ale fotencja fajowska.

Perfect day to register this Parliament house of Poland. You have chosen a perfect angle with the road turn in V-shape setting up this architecture beautifully against the blue sky. Postcard perfect shot and thanks for sharing.

How strange... it looks more like an hotel than a house of parlament, perhaps because we are used to bigger ones... Furthermore I'm surprised to see no people and relatively few cars, as if it was an empty place...
However it was a good idea to take it from this angle in order to show the peculiar shape of it and at the same time leaving the tree slightly to the left so it create a balanced composition. The photo is dominated by strong and fine chromatic contrast, like that between the brick-red road and the white building and that between the bulding and the intense blue sky. The red flowers in the fg are a good focal point (another one is that curious bird to the left..).
Quite brilliant and clear.
