Photographer's Note

Western Tatras are the most extensive part of the Tatras. Their total length is 42 km. Arc stretching from Huciańskiej Pass (905 m) to the west, the Lilac Pass (1952 m) to the east. The highest peak of Western Tatras is Bystra (2248 m) rising on the Slovak side. The highest peak in the Polish Western Tatras is Starorobocianski Peak (2176m). Distinctive peaks are also Czerwone Wierchy (Kopa Kondracka 2004, Malołaczniak 2096, Krzesanica 2122, Ciemniak 2096 m above sea level).
