PTTK shelter "Murowaniec" on Hala Gasienicowa - lodge in the mountains at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level.

Murowaniec is one of these shelters, which "Sunday visitor" rather not reach because it requires more effort than walking into the Eye of the Sea and the switch Koscieliska Valley or Chocholowska Valley. To get to the shelter Murowaniec, you need to put much more effort (unless we ride the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch and descend to the Gasienicowa Hall). Undoubtedly, this is the place to find it is worth to see really beautiful views that will remain forever in the memory. Gasienicowa Hall is one of the most magical places in Tatras.

Murowaniec is an excellent starting point for people who want to go Orla Perc. At any time of the year in this house you can meet climbers willing to undertake the ambitious entry routes, which for ordinary tourists ,,Sunday tourist’’ are not available. As with other shelters feel real atmosphere here in the evening, when the building can be found only by those who set off the next day to gain peaks.

Summer season at the shelter, you can see a lot of people, but not so much as even by the Eye of the Sea . Of course, and here ,, Sunday tourist’’ can reach , but it will re-visit the great question, especially after the Kasprowy approach. Those who arrive here, acknowledge that it is worth, but only people who like really walking in the mountains and outdoor activities, come back here again. By Murowaniec crosses many paths.
