Photographer’s Note
This is some of the view from the porch on my new cabin. The fjord is called "Hjørundfjorden" and got steep peaks like this on both sides.
This is actually two pics stiched together manually, wich explains the panoramic format. Usm.

Beautiful view, and most refreshing, given the warm day we're experiencing here (Haifa, Israel) today. Well composed.

Thanks for uploading one of these, Terje, it's so nice, going on TE and seeing this picture!
Beautiful colours, the clouds around the mountain tops, are really great and I love the way they hang around these tops.
Great place, stunning nature!

You could upload also a bigger panoramic file, this pictures deserves it. Realy nice.
The snow reaches the water in some places. Have you climbed them? The clouds, in that position, add some shades to the mountains, though also increasing the quantity of whites. Good work. If you are still in your cabin you could take and post more photos like this one.

What a great view; pretty good picture too. The colours are lovely. What is it like without the clouds?
If you had an APS camera you could take panoramic photo's without having to join them, but perhaps the quality would not be good enough for you.

Gorgeous! Thanks for adding the line, "from the porch on my new cabin." Makes us all a little jealous, I think. This is another great powerful view of the fjord, and you can tell it would be more breathtaking to be there.
Did you try a lens correction facility in the post work, to fix the tilt of the water? I wonder if it could be done, since it is two pictures stitched.

I know I've asked you this question before, but I'm sorry I have to ask it again: when do you intend to invite some of us to your new cabin? You know...not asking for much...just a week or two...please...please...

Great landscape picture, I think the use of a polarizer would bring out the majestic clouds a bit more. Maybe you can take a series of the same picture in different times (of the day)and weather! Just an idea. Very inspiring, thanks Terje!
