Hi Mike. This certainly is an impressive looking waterfall, and a nice composition, especially with the fog at the bottom. The blue sky looks good, although I think there is a little too much of it, I would prefer a lower crop. I think where this shot could really be improved is with the use of different shutter speeds though (not sure you can do this with your Sony). As it is, the water is kinda blurred, kinda sharp. I would prefer either a much faster shutter (maybe 1/1000s) to really freeze the water, or a much longer exposure (1/4s or more) to give it the silky smooth look. Again, I dont' know how much flexibility your camera offers, but both of these would be better to my eyes. Perhaps by using one or two ND filters, you could have sufficiently lengthened the shutter time? Anyways, this is a well set up shot and quite appealing.

I agree with Darren, as there is too much around the waterfall. I've done a quick WS.
Good shot though.
