Photographer's Note

the salmon cages of the aquaculteurs resemble a fleet of delicate vessels the extraterrestrial ones, of more than six meters in diameter. One sees some a little everywhere in the fjords of the north of Norway. The storm arrives and gives a bluish color to all the landscape.

C'est très jolis ces cages : on dirait des anneaux olympiques tous noirs (sic) :^)
Jolie composition avec beaucoup de fjord et un peu de nuage.

You’ve got here a magnificent image in all aspects. Not only the subject (aquaculture) is interesting as much unknowkn, as your image creates an even more intriguing atmosphere around it.

The placement of the cages in a soft diagonal pointing into the background are great for the reading of the photo. In fact this position fits the diagonal light reflection in the water which is great. Of course the bluish tone is very captivating as well the contrast of textures of sea, land and sky. Magnificent fade of the mountains.

bonjour, en vignette j'ai cru appercevoir des nénuphars geants...et là je découvre la photo...superbe et originale...les couleurs sont d'une très belle qualité dans cette océan aux reflets d'argent...le cadrage ingénieux...les montagnes donnent le décor a cette composition...j'aime beaucoup...bravo...amicalement BI

Outre la qualité de la photo qui est indéniable, grâce à vous, Martine, nous apprenons à découvrir des endroits qui cachent des trésors dans ces fjords norvégiens. J'ai appris quelque chose avec ces cages à saumons.
Félicitations pour cette superbe prise de vue (méritée, car classée comme favorite par l'un des membres de TE). Hélas, je n'ai plus la possibilité de la classer parmi mes favorites (nombre maximum atteint), je le regrette.

Very unusual scene, Martine (at least for me!).
I like the minimalism given by absence of other tones but blue and geometrical elements that enhance graphism present by this particular composition.

J'aime bien cette composition épurée, c'est "propre" et ca laisse beaucoup de place dans l'image, un sentiment d'espace, très réussi... par contre je n'aime pas trop le cadre, trop voyant à mon humble avis

Superbe création, Martine. A tous points de vue. Le graphisme est excellent, la composition bien réalisée, avec sensibilité. La qualité de la photo est irréprochable.
Incroyable comme la beauté peut naître de choses toutes simples qui, sorties de leur contexte et mises en scène de cette façon, deviennent tout à coup magnifiques.

Martine, c'est un paysage à contempler sans modération. J'aime tous ces bleus de la mer, des montagnes et du ciel. La composition dévoile un paysage reposant même si c'est avant la tempête.
