This is the parish church at Ullern in the western part of Oslo.
The church was built in 1903 and the architect was Harald Bødtker. It was restored in 1941.

Hello Gunnar,
A fine composition with a very pleasant ambient light. Interesting shadow play from the tree. Very good colours and clarity.

Hej Gunnar,
The architect of this fine church must have found his inspiration about a thousand years back. To me it looks a bit Romanesque. It looks very good from this low perspective against the blue sky of the late afternoon (2.30, maybe?). The bonus of this picture is of course the shadow of the tree on the wall.

Hi Gunnar!
Here the light was "on your side" and the projected shadows of the trees create a somehow special effect. This compact building truly is beautiful and inspiring confidence. A wonderful architecture photo indeed!
Greetings from cold but sunny Siegen (-10,4°C this morning)!

Hello Gunnar,
to me, this photo seems to consist of very sharp straight geometrical lines (if we don't take into account the tree on the right - and its shadow on the wall of the church, which is, indeed, a very interesting detail!)
The colour of the church is as clear and pure as the colour of the sky. Together these two colours make a very fine combination ;)
I'm leaving on holiday in a day, so I would like to wish you a Happy New Year - and all the very very best! :)

Gunnar,
This is a well composed shot of this fine church. The angle of the shot works well giving the scene a nice sense of depth and direction. The tree on the right provides excellent balance for the scene. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.

Asa

Hej Gunnar,
Mycket utstuderat perspektiv, takvinklarna är mycket välplacerade. Skuggan av trädet där på gaveln är ju också ett mycket fint exempel på en väl genomtänkt komposition. Kan ju inte vara så mycket bättre!

Hej Gunnar,
A beautiful church and a great shot of it. The low POV shows the church nicely against the deep blue sky. The afternoon low light is very beautiful and so is the shadow of the tree on the wall. A nice one!
All the best for this new year!

Hi Gunnar
Very nice lights on the church with interesting contrast with the dark blue sky
I like the shade of the tree on the architecture.
Best regards
