[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have just spend my summer holidays with my family in Norway, and one day we climbed the mountain Bitihorn north of Beitostoelen close to road 51.

When it is summer, you have this splendid view from Bitihorn 1608 metres above sea level. In the winter time, you don't go there. The snow is still lying around, and the temperature only sneaks above 10 degrees Centigrade when the sun comes out.
It is a more than breathtaking view.

This picture is a result of a HDR from three snapshots 2 steps apart. I did not carry my tripod so I placed my camera firmly on a rock a blew away these three shots. Only a slight cropping and sharpening to go.

Hej Jan,
Fascinating impression of this icy landscape. You have perfectly captured the light shining on the glaciers in the background that seem to melt together with the clouds. Great work!
Hjertelig hilsen
Harriet
