[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another traditonal activity, learning how to make marine knots. Here, a full group of trainees are busy making knots: apparently, splicing, the traditonal way to link to different ropes together.
We are steadily making our way toward Norway in the North Sea, and the weather is not so good as it used to be in the first days of the cruise.

Bonjour Emmanuel,
la qualité ou la cauchemard des marins, les noeuds.
Et oui, on n'est pas marins si on ne connais pas les noeuds, pas vrai ?
Une photo qui nous plonge dans cette ambiance studieuse sous un ciel un peu morose.

Bonjours,
belle photo de ces gens qui n' ont pas l' air a l' aise sur un bateau, ils ne savent pas quoi faire avec diront il ces cordes, bien sur sur un navire c' est un mot proscrit, il n' y a que deux cordes, celle de la cloche et cette du pendu.
Seul les initiés peuvent donner le nom de tout ces filins et autres nom difficille a retenir.

Bonjour Emmanuel,

Une belle scène de vie sur un bateau. Ces débutants, et on peut les comprendre, n'ont pas l'air très détendus face à la complexité de leur travail. J'aime aussi beaucoup dans le fond de l'image le vieux marin qui passe sans se préoccuper de tout cela.
