Photographer’s Note
On Sorlandet, the "scrap bag" was used to store everything which was found lying around the ship, above or below the deck. After two weeks on board, it wasmore full than empty.
On the day before the arrival, the "scrap bag" was ceremonioulsy opened in front of all the trainees by the mate, and the content presented around. What a nice surprise to discover the sock (or the shoe) which disappeared mysteriously a few days ago!
