Photographer’s Note

It takes less than an hour to drive from the ferry terminal in Kristiansand, the arrival point from Denmark, to Mandal.
Mandal is Norway's most southern town and a nice little and lovely place to start your trip in Norway.
The famous sculptor Gustav Vigeland (1869-1943) was born in Mandal.
Vigeland created Vigeland Sculpture Park in Oslo, which I present you later.

The picket fence makes a fine element, contrasting well with the wooden wall

Hi Kris
I have a vague memory of Mandal but it was raining. Here the bright sunshine brings out the best of the typical red and white wooden building. I like how you included the fence in the bottom part.
