Photographer’s Note
I shot this picture at a little mountain top on a cross-country trip with my father. It's in Telemark in Norway (where the telemark-ski's origin from) The place is called Hallbjønnsekken and it is a beautiful place for people who likes to go crosscountry-ski, but also snowboard or downwardskis. It is one hour from a popular ski resort called Hovden.
The picture is taken (two hours after we started the trip, and two hours before we ended it) about 1100 metres above sealevel, (what is the shortform for this therm?)
Regards,
Daniel

Nice shot! You've captured this slice of Norwegian countryside well - and exposure is good too, and that's tricky to get right on snow. My main suggestion is that the colour balance is a little strange - the snow seems almost purple, try running AutoLevels in PS and see whether you like the result. You could also then run Shadows/Highlights and set Shadows to 0 whilst experimenting with the Highlights value. Compositionally I like it, although I wish there was a stronger subject in the foreground that branch isn't quite strong enough IMO. Anyway, well captured :-D
