Hi Pablo, given the choice between the land being used as a retreat or having it lie fallow, I think I'd rather see it used. This is a good shot of this farm, fallen into disrepair. That sky is beautiful, seems a shame, it's not used by anyone today.

Olá Pablo, it's impressive how you can make a such an attractive picture with a non attractive barn. Somehow, that ugly old roof is beautiful in this vertical view. Great composition, wonderful sky, excellent note and presentation with the two complementar WSs.

It can look humble, but I bet it still cost tens of thousands of Euro. I once inquired about the prices on summer places in Norway. I'm still amazed. But now I can see such prices in Russia also, well, maybe little lesser, but difference is not so big.
Hm. Well. Photo is good, roof looks like it's standing on the earth without the walls.

You chose for a vertical frame with gives a very nice composition with the lovely clouds to the sky.
The old metal roof and the green pinetrees care for a nice contrasted image.

Beautiful blue sky with lovely puffy white clouds to contrast wonderfully with the rusty old roof of the summer barn. It looks like the ground is swallowing the old barn up. Wonderful details and excllent sharpness to this back country image.

While the wider WS view is very attractive, it simply can't match the fabulous cloud sculpture in this photo which is very nicely grounded by the angle of the summer barn roof. The note is very interesting while the close up of the logs illustrates your note well and also is very attractive in its own right with detail of the wood grain and the golden grass.

A striped roof of corrugated sheet metal, breaks up the enviroment in a nice way, and gives the Idea of that a barn needs a cheap waterproof roof to keep the hay dry. Allso like the dark spruce at the fond.

if it were not red but only grey I would have thought of some sun collectors. I like the wonderful sky which is very well structured and gets a good ground final in that green. The lonely roof adds a bit a funny touch.

The wider view in the WS is very nice because of the contrasting roofs. I guess the light is slightly better there than this original post as well. Like your compositional skill making a less attractive subject into a very good photo. Of course the sky deserves the space it does here. Well done!

Hi, Pablo. The sky is really great here and I understand why you've dedicated so musch space to it. This also gives a feeling of immensity and gives us the impression the barn is far away from everything. The contrasts are very good here, just as the colours. The sky is enormous in this shot! I like your choice of portrait rather than landscape to insinuate the depth of the sky!

I also like your point of view and tehd epth in this picture very much and I think it was a good idea to take it in upright format. Here again I will talk of my ancestors!!
Before the refrigerator and coolboxes era they dug cold storage rooms to preserve vegetables buried in saw dust.
These "vaults" were covered with such a low roof too.
This picture, quite evocative of a laborious lifestyle, is an homage to valorous people and is crowned of a magnificent sky!
