This is end of September and as you can see most of the trees have naked branches, heavy wind a couple of weeks before already had brought the leaves to the ground…

Well, at least that goes for the birch, the dominating tree in the northern mountain landscape. But the autumn colours are still present on the ground!

What you see here is the shore of a small lake in Forollhogna National Park. I have to admit I was extra cautious on this trip since this is in the middle of the hunting season, and there is no hunting without shooting accident that kills someone!

Well I got away this time too…
