Sunset at Granasjøen lake Photo

Photographer’s Note

Granasjøen is a lake that lies on Nerskogen by road Fv512 in Rennebu municipality in Sør-Trøndelag. It lies in the Trollheimen mountain range.
The lake is regulated by dam for Granasjøen power plant. The lakes elevation about 650 meter.

Here is a good fishing for trout, and boats can be rented at Granasjøen kiosk, where they also offers coffee, Norwegian waffels and other goods, simple camping and other accommodation. It is also good opportunity for the surfboard on the water.

Ca. 30 min. driving from Oppdal center with all facilities, as well as one of Norway's largest alpine center.
