The lock is beautiful, but the wooden stuff around it is less interesting, it not even old is it?
I would crop the image more to concentrate on the lock, the bits around it are not enought to provide a context anyway.
The camera-angle is a little low, I would have liked to see a pure head-on shot.

I agree with torben – the rusty old lock itself is great subject but cropping could make the image even better...
