Wiking Battle Photo

Photographer’s Note

This weekend there was a Wiking event in Hafversfjord,
just outside of Stavanger in Norway.
One of the more popular events during the weekend is the crazy Wiking battle. These guys fight with real weapons and its only luck that prevents any trips to the local hospital.
They have many events like this in Scandinavia and they are getting more and more popular every year.

Nice action shot of this Viking festival. The action is captured nicely showing excellent detail while freezing the motion for excellent sharpness. The lighting and colors are great as is the composition of the photo.
