[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another one of the photos I took last Saturday as I attended the opening of the European Capital of Culture 2008, Stavanger Norway.

This festive day contained hours of parades, people in fantastic costumes and a splendid fireworks display to top off the evening.

The display was presented as being a show in 5 acts, each act containing a different set of colour to match with the themes of the acts.
I am not sure what act this was, but the photo I posted two days ago was to represent the red colour in the Norwegian flag.
