Photographer’s Note
I was actually on my way home on my scooter when I saw these interesting siluettes make the perfect frame for the mystic sky that particular night. I've done nothing but crop and sharpen. Used my nightshotmode on my new camera. Came out pretty nice.

Per Chr,
Interesting light!
Your composition including forground interest in the fence gives a pleasant feeling of depth...
Silhouetted skyline works well here!

And how is the D80 behaving?

Hei P.C.
Nice photo, the composition is nice and the colors are interesting. The only thing negative is the fence in the foreground... Keep it up. TFS.

Hi Per. Nice capture. Good silhouettes and great sky. I’m not sure if I like or dislike the fence in the foreground though. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.

This photo looks marvellous, great nighttime work.
Maybe the fence in the foreground could have been omitted, I agree that it gives a better sence of depth. But still, I don't feel it has the right effect. I would say this is a good siluette photo, so the fence really doesn't fit.
Maybe some areas have a little lack of focus but otherwise it looks good.
The lamp on the house has a little negative effect as it really is the contrast to everything.Good job.

Hi,
I can only repeat some of the previous comments: - it would have been better to avoid the fence in the foreground - the silhouettes could be made evere sharper with a strong USM in postprocessing - the colour of the frame is too similar to the picture so giving a poor "framing effect".
