Photos

Lately I have been experimenting a little with exposure blending, but due to the lack of any good photos I haven't been able to post much.

I guess this is my first attempt at a "similar to HDR" photo, but without using the HDR function of PSCS3.
This photo was taken two days ago while I was returning home from work around 10AM. The location is about a 5 minute drive from my house and very close to the ruined church that I have photographed on other occasions.
I feel this landscape gives a general impression of how lush Jæren might look at late spring and in the middle of summer and not least the great sunsets we experience quite often here.

This picture is made up of two different exposures.
I used a preset program on my EOS 40D to create the right exposures. Shooting a series of 3 shots and using the overexposed and under exposed result I then combined the photos using a technic I read about in a photo magazine this month, Exposure blending.

Well, it was a first attempt and I ma rather satisfied.
I am still struggling with the brightness of my main screen, so if you have any opinions whatsoever regarding that issue or any part of the photo please don't hesitate to ask/comment and so on.
