Nice photo, I like the atmosphere and the colors in this photo. I think that if you'd made the people silhuettes this would've been even better. TFS.

Once I must say that I really like this photo.
The moment in time looks very good.
I would try a tighter crop, maybe remove some of the sky that seems to be a little featureless? Maybe make the photo more square?

Nice sunset, with beautifull golden color on the water, and the silhouettes of the diners in the foreground is a good idea.
