We have blue sky - sometimes
I could see that all of my photos from the last 6 months of Norway was in gray or dark clouded weather.
Well, there is blue sky, even some sun up here from time to time too. So anyway for the record a photo here from the Oslofjord, a small village, Skjærhalden, at the archipelago Hvaler displaying a fair weather with the blue sky in the back.

Great POV
The blue sky is off course a good thing for his picture, but a dark sky with a small light is often wonderful too! (I think my best pictures of "my" little nordic country are the one with grey sky)

The anchor is a good foreground to the red hytter and the wide angle gives a nice sky.

This is a lovely one. This scenery is really beautiful - and this sky adds a lot to it. The contrast in the colours is amazing - an allover worth seeing picture.

Your composition is great here including the old anchor in the foreground with the small village in the back. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The sky is nice and provides a good backdrop for the shot.
