Good morning, Gunnar!
Yes, I've had this view also from my ferry from Kiel. This city hall with its fancy architecture really is eyecatching and a famous landmark. I like the many details one can detect in your picture.
Have a nice weekend! We'll have a hike on Westerwald south of Siegen - under a wonderful blue sky - at -4°C.

Hej Gunnar,
Depressingly dark for being in the middle of the day, but the colours are fine. There's a nice warm glow in some of the windows. The calm water provides fine reflexions of the "twin towers".

Hej Gunnar,
this photo made me very curious about Oslo and I hope to go there one day, sooner or later! Despite the gloomy weather and rather a dark day the photo looks very attractive and interesting - maybe it is because of the reflection in the water (which is, imho, one of the main elements of the scene). But the water itself looks SO cold!.. steel-cold...
And of course, I appreciate a very good composition!

Hi Gunnar, This City Hall in Oslo seemed to me rather ugly but here it looks quite attractive with so many ships in front of it and nice reflections. Indeed, it looks like an early evening. But i do not see any snow here. Nice photo.

Yes, I agree with Emka - the City Hall looks ugly...but the view of the boats is good!
