Photographer’s Note

Into the mountains
Going in to the mountains along this pre season toll road. In the back the mountain range of Hemsedal. But before we arrive there we have to pass some sheeps in the road - seen as white dots on the road a bit further up.
A bit desolated this road just before the summer season this week in late June.

I am very surprised that you can make a good picture with a GSM, certainly of this format.
Splendid composition through the long road those us leads to the fantastic mountains in background.
Also a nice cloudy sky, very well done. TFS.

Hei Jack
We just returned yesterday after a wonderful holiday we spent in your beautiful country.
I was not able to go the Hemsedal this time, will do that next time. We were rather close, stayed in Stryn and near Fagernes.
I will post some photos when I have searched them all.
This typical view is something we did not have (the mountains are great and we saw them) but all the roads seems to be so civilized today.

Hi Jack, I hope that you are doing well. The road is well used in this photo to build a strong lead-in into the grand scenery that opens up, viewing towards the mountain range in the back. Good post-work and very nice quality for a mobile phone picture (I'm waiting for the N96 which will give me a similar tool, I guess).

Hi, Jack. A very good result fort a picture taken with a mobile. The composition is very good with the dirt road leading us into the picture towards the snowy mountains in the background. There are very good contrasts that underline the different interest points, among others quite a dramatic sky.
