Photographer’s Note

So cold outside
In the strong wind (gale) outside the cold weather feels even colder. Good to be inside and look out through the frost rimmed windows.

Just coming back from another weekend in the mountains with lots of snow and -20C in the night. Going back to town, some 200km south, and again there is like spring around our capitol Oslo - some contrasts.

Wonderful Jack.
What a beautiful mood and what a great rendering of the cold you show us here...I love the graphics made by the window separation. And the frozen places on the glass seem to follow the landscape behind. It's almost a b/w. Magical. I put this in my favorites theme.

Il semble qui fasse très froid chez toi ! Ici, c'est plutôt la pluie qui tombe qui rend le temps très triste ! Ton image n'est pas plus gaie avec cette neige et ce temps gris ! Bien vu d'avoir utilisé les barres de ta fenêtre pour composer cette image !

J'aime beaucoup ce genre de composition qui incite à la mélancolie de l'hiver qui passe (hélas, en région parisienne, la neige ne se montre plus, l'on finira presque par oublier qu'elle existe encore) !
Une photographie pleine d'originalité et très bien pensée.
