Photographer’s Note
Well i guess you all wonder about where the reindeers are outside of the xmas days.
So I find it adequate to bring you this updated shot of some of them - just as I met them yesterday when doing a favourite mountain hike up here.
I tried for a closer shot, but the small guys and girls are very shy so this was my best this afternoon... :-)

Hi Jack,
Didn't know you had reindeer in southern Norway. It's a pity you didn't get a cleaner shot, with one reindeer standing still, not moving out of the picture. On the other hand I like how you put them against the very majestic mountain in the back.

Oh - this how its done ;-) good to see those reindeers in great shape - Here on Fyn did we a bit of tragedy last month - Our local Father X-mass lost one of his "Rudolfs" - been in the News paper as well - I like the landscape - very Norwigian.
Thanks Jack.

Bonsoir Jack,

Hello, Jack! Very interesting cadre! In my place there is a problem to catch wild animals in their natural environment. Well seen!

Bonjour Jack,
Des animaux très courageux et qui n'ont pas le vertige. Mais probablement craintifs dès qu'on s'en approche trop.
De toutes manières, cet endroit me semble dangereux, non ?
Bien vu.
Daniel.

Hi Jack,
Good framing with these reindeers (I must write it carefully, a belgian minister's name is Reynders...) before the dark forground, enhancing the foreground.

Hi Jack, A nice capture of the reindeers in the wild. It looks that the animals are very active on the top of the hill with a nice mountain covered with snow as it background. A good catch.

Hi Jack,
The goats on the foreground against the blue background, the snow on the tops is a nice detail.
Very nice composition.
Best regards,
John.

Hi Jack. A fun catch from the reindeer summer camp, good to see the guys are keeping in shape. Beautiful setting where it seems as if they are headed into this crater-type of land formation. Nice framing and quite good contrast in the not-so-easy situation with the sunlight.

Not so easy to realise but certainly a success when the Reinders are in the frame :)), you could have one head or the back and here you have three of these Santa claus friends.
They are well positionned in the beautiful landscape, colors are excellent and you even have snow.
Compliments

Hello Jack
Excellent graphism, okay sharpness, & superb color, lighting, & saturation. I like the title & note. The snow adds to the Xmas theme. Well done!
