Photographer’s Note

Alesund in Norway is famous because of it's Jugendstill houses. The inner part of this city was rebuild in the early 1900 after a total burn down.
Very nice city to visit.

Hello Frank.
You have given us a tremendous view of this lovely looking town, from a great viewpoint. There is so much to see in this. I love those houses, so sharp and well coloured, with the haziness increasing towards the top of the photo. Lovely shot.

Hello Frank, although the sky in my opinion is a little bit overexposed(PP or use to ND filter), the POV is perfect-I really like it, tfs.

A wonderful sight from Aksla! I've been there with Hurtigruten but the weather was bad. This view of the colourful city always again is captivating. I like this one very much!

Hi Frank,

Fantastic view of the city. the weather was not good, as it often happens in Norway, but the sharpness and colour are amazing. I go to Norway next week and I hope to visit Aalesund too.
