Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken at the Atlantic Sea Park in Alesund Norway. The sea park is incorporated into the landscape and uses water pumped in from the ocean. Atlanterhavsparken is situated in the midst of a scenic area with hiking paths, monuments, fishing grounds, and a beach where you can go swimming or scubadiving. The area also has a wonderful view of the surrounding islands and vast ocean!
The big water tanks actually contain ocean water which gets in from outside, without any filtering. Therefore it might be more or less transparent from day to day, depending on the water conditions.
At 1 pm. every day an extra attraction is added to this magnificent performance.
A diver appears in the aquarium to hand-feed the fish.

Hello Kris,
This is a first rate image of the aquarium. Just two weeks ago, we were in Cancun and went snorkeling. With an inexpensive disposable camera, we saw neither the variety of fish, nor captured the quality of the images. The secret, it seems, take a good camera to the aquarium, avoid reflections in the glass, and just shoot at abandon. Among a hundred shots, you just might get one this good. Well done!

Hi Kris,
This image is very interesting and unusual. I like the fact the fish seem to funnel toward the middle where the diver is. The colours look great and even the sharpness is excellent considering you shoot through the glass. Nice work Kris.
