Photographer's Note
This is another shot from my walk around the inlet of Puddefjorden last autumn. I took some shots of the plane from the other side of the inlet as well, but as we moved on and got to this side of the inlet, I really was surprised how close I was able to get. I thought then it would be nice to try and shoot the plane from a perhaps unusual angle, from the front. Hope you like it.
I wish you all a nice day.

Bonjour Erling
J'aime beaucoup le cadrage très serré sur l'hélice chromée de l'hydravion. Les reflets sont beaux et le point de vue donne un aspect graphique à l'ensemble.

Hello Erling,
indeed,I´ve never seen a plane photographed from this perspective. But for me as an aviation enthusiast you composition is a real delight.Love this close-up view with so unbelievably clear and sharp view of the propelers and this so nice shining metallic element of it.Original and maybe not enough appreciated composition, but for me definitely a first class shot.I like your vision of it!
Have a nice evening

Hej Erling
a very attractive close cropped shot of this plane. Great sharpness and full of interesting details.
I would have gone for an even tighter crop on top of the plane, all the way to the top of the wings?
have a good day

Hi Erling
an interesting subject for sure.
Personally, if you really want a unique POV, get underneath the propellar and point upwards! that should be cool too :)
but you're right....how often do we get to see an airplane looking straight on, not too often - and thats a good thing :)
great subject choice
enjoy your weekend

Hello Erling,
This is absolutely very close on the screw, also very sharp, we see the name "Hartzell" on the screw.

Hello Erling,
An original shot of an aeroplane. Very nice graphically with the rich colours, excellent sharpness, and the lines bringing our focus onto the reflections. The background is great, half being the sea and the other half showing the shore.
I hope you have had a good Easter!
Best wishes,
Izabela

Good angle here, Erling, and nice colors as well. It is probably the cone of the propeller here that stands out the most, and those warped reflections, which would themselves be worthy of a closeup shot as well! Thanks.
Andrew
