Photographer’s Note

This is the evening of May 17. It's the national day of Norway, and always fireworks at 11 PM. There were a wonderful sunset before the fireworks could light up the dark sky. Several persons had lined up to watch the fireworks. I did not use a tripod. This is actually one of the first shots where I have taken the chance to use shutter speed.

Norway celebrates their constitution, which came in 1814. There's parades in the streets. In Bergen, we have one parade starting 7 AM. That's the "russ". The main parade starts at 10:30 AM.
