Summer is over and the jetty for bathers is deserted. It is autumn and no one in sight, not even a boat. In two months there will be ice on the lake and snow on the hills.

What an inventive and adequate picture! I like very much how the autumnal landscape is in haze and emphasizes by this the "main character" here. A not everyday's photo!

You have positioned the jetty in just the right spot for a satisfying composition.

Clear and sharp and lovely blue tones throughout.

Eddie Cochran wrote this in 1957 and died three years later 21 years old in a taxiaccident in London.

"Summertime blue" could allso be a good title for this eminent image. It has a stillness a calm that so well describe a bathing place after season.
