Photographer’s Note

A picture taken from a regular airliner from Oslo to Longyearbyen (Svalbad, 78°N), at 00:22.
One can think that it is the top of very high mountains rising above clouds, but as one can see, there are only clounds in the foreground and in the backgroung. In the middle, the white areas are snow.

No photophop work on this picture, exept adding a frame

Hello Loris,

This looks like a scene from another planet! It is a wonderful mountainscape! I particularly like the patterns caused by the snow and the relief, highlighted by the shadows. Good composition!

Hi Loris,

beautifull composition with a good framing. I like the detail that we can see different layers of clouds. A note woud be usefull and maybe you can RP a little bigger (you can post images of 200 KB) i think it would be even more impressive.
