Photographer’s Note

Lofoten again. This time with one of the very many beaches. Look in the middle of the pix. You will see a little boat and to people walking around. Here you will have no problem finding your own beach should you feel for it.

Tells you also something of the dimensions of the landscape this pix...

Je Manque beaucoup de photos en ce moment je n'ai plus trop le temps et c'est dommage car certaine images sont trés interessant comme celle ci qui nous montre un lieu trés joli et agreable a regarder.
La presentation est soignée et la qualité du cliché parfaite.

This is a superb view, excellent composed with a very good POV and angle. Coulours and contrast are great, but I'm most of all really impressed by the amazing depth in here. Very well rendered, fine catch Jack.

Beautiful view from the beach, together with the awesome sight of the mountains at BG, Jack! :-) You captured a wonderful nature scene with excellent depth, and presented it in fine colours. I would love to go there one day...;-) Excellent job!

Another great shot of the bay (I saw your other picture of this landscape as well). Fabulous colours, especially that of the sea. The waves do make the scene dynamic. Interesting to see the low clouds hovering above the landscape.

Jolie plage dans un joli coin du globe. Une plage pour se relaxer, se ressourcer, mais je pense certainement pas pas pour se baigner, l'eau doit y être froide.
Dommage que le fond soit brumeux.

Well, having gotten to know each other's likings in the last few months, you won't be surprised that this is again a shot that I enjoy a lot, Jack. Very nice view of the beach in front of the rugged mountains, with a fine play of sunlight on the textures of the landscape and on the water surface. The people sure add dimension, they look like mere black "speckles" as they are dwarfed by the magnificent setting. Well done.

I love the series of yours. I see images of Vikings living in these vast and impressive lands... :-) The overexposed cloud bothers me just a little, but overall this is great landscape photography. Well done!!!

Great landscape ! Think water there may be a little colder than in our Mediteranean sea, but the place is great. Your composition is particularly well balanced and I really like the small clouds that are passing by the background. Very nice view !!!

A lovely beach, i especially like the low cloud, makes it seem very high, which doesn't make sense for an ocean beach. I would like to see the left and right of this shot too... a good panorama opportunity. Well done jack.

The colour saturation in the above image is terrible. Yours is far superior. I also like the suspended cloud formation.
