[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo is taken at the airport in Bodø, Right outside the aviation history museèum, where the avation mechanic school is situated.
It shows a Westland Sea King search and rescue helicopter(SAR) from the 330 sqadron. The Royal Norwegian Airforce has 12 Sea Kings, they have been in service since 1973. This bird has the callsign "Savior 069".

A Sea King has a max speed of 230km/h and a cealing of 16000 ft.

This photo was taken one day before an airshow and the crew were training for that event. In the backround you can see a hangar and there is another one under that hill on the left. The underground shelter is normaly not in use any more, but back in the days of the cold war it was the home of figthers and crew from the 331 and 332 fighter sqadrons.

Hei Joakim,

Nice and detailed image of a Sea King. I like the detail you captured, the helicopter might work out a little better if it had not been so centered. Other than that this is a very nice image. TFS.

Fine shot.
The heliocopter looks very good here. I see that the pilot likes risk - to fly so low and close to the fence. But I have already noticed that the Norwegians have a strange approach to safety.
I agree with kittyhawk, that the framing could be a bit better if the chopper would be placed a bit to the left. So that there is a bit more space in front of it.

Nei dævven enda en fr PWNEC, blir snart en ghetto det her!
Velkommen til TE Joakim

Overall quality of the photo is good, maybe a bit too centered to my liking but still good.
Some slight areas out of focus but nothing to worry about.
Thank you for sharing.

hei joakim.
takker for et fint bilde av 069 som jeg var født i.
1976 var året den første vikingen ble født i 330 flåten.
