[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
After my special 300th posting it's back to normal again with the jetski championships in the North of Eindhoven.

A lot of action again, curving around the yellow buoy (Sorry Henk, again no orange..). In the workshop you can find a just before and just after picture of the curving around the buoy.

I really like the shade on the buoy in this one. I took quite some photographs of jetskis curving around buoys, but the spilt second of being in line with the sun is hard to catch.

I like the slang expression 'throwing shades'. I actually only learned it recently. It means to talk trash about a friend or aquaintance, to publicly denounce or disrespect. When throwing shade it's immediately obvious to on-lookers that the thrower, and not the throwee, is the bitcy, uncool one. (Source: urbandictionary.com).

In this case, the 'throwing shade' is literal. ;-)

hi Dennis,
the mask the man is wearing looks like something from the "War of the Worlds" :) another great photo from this event, I like a lot the exploding water behind him, it contrasts nicely with the dark calm water in the foreground that creates a great natural frame. superb action shot, full of intensity and motion, my compliments.

with best regards,
Kristine

Bonsoir Dennis

Mooi gedaan mijn vriend. Bedankt!

Prettig pinkster weekend,
John.

Dennis,
Wow !
So sharp, so great action catch !
A great one, amazing job here,
Regards,
JB.
