[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Today it is one year, one month and one day ago since I joined TE. During this period I posted 133 photo's including this one from 16 different countries.

The top 3 photo's you liked best according to points are:
1. Tulips on red sand, Australia;
2. Calatrava at sunset, the Netherlands;
3. 'Houdt Braef Standt', the Netherlands.

One can wonder why I did no special mark posting after 100 photo's or after 1 year at TE? I thought it would be more fun to make this special post at a not so common used time since I have not seen anyone using 1 year, 1 month and 1 day yet ;)

I enjoyed my time here at TE although I have not been very active lately. Unfortunately critiquing all those photo's in a proper way takes way too much time which I do not always have, sorry for that in advance.

Regards,
Harko

This photo was - ofcourse - taken in one of the many Dutch polders where they inevitably have built a mill somewhere in time.

Hi Harko
It's funny how you celebrate differently but I like it. Plus you've chosen a good one as it's very well composed with the fence leading out of the corner and the good balance between the windmill and the hut. The sharpness brings out the crispness of the colours.
Regards
Nikki
P.S. Hope you get more time to share your thoughts as well as your photos - I understand what you're going through though.

happy birthday....very nice colors for this very beautiful country...

Hello Harko,
I was attracted by your title, because I posted a photo which I called TE virus, one month, one day
So, it made me smile, thank you for this ;-)
And I take the opportunity to congratulate you for this lovely view, very quite and peaceful.
It is a great shot.
Regards,
Marianne

Hi Harko
Congratulations on this "birthday"
This is a typical POV of your green country and this windmill
No easy with this high POV to get the horizon according to the thirds rule
Cheers
JP

Hi Harko,
I like the scene very much,so peaceful in the strong light. Very nice composition.
Best wishes
Romana

Hi Harko,
Thank you for coming over my gallery.

I see you have fine collection of your work here and this one, is your 100th. The colors are saturated and appealingly attractive and the composition, warm and sunny.

I would say this is pretty vivid and drawing with just the two colors, blue and green, giving it prominence.

Regards
Rabani
