Photographer’s Note

The 3rd day of the visit to the Netherlands took me to
the nice town of Delft. The weather was good when i
parked the car, but as soon as i climbed up the
countless steps (376) to the top of the Nieuw Kerk (New Church) to get some nice trek-views it started to rain, so i have to apologize for the white sky and the dark atmosphere of this view showing the market place.

The New Church was built between 1396 and 1496.
Inside you will find the mausoleum of Prince William of Orange and the royal burial vaults which are not
open to the public.
