Photographer’s Note

For some members the chocolate in my former photo was too heavy, so here's something else, soft and tasty and a prettier colour:-))

The next pictures will be the "real" TrekEarth-photos again as you are used from me: cities, villages, churches, landscapes and some Amsterdam-Scenes maybe ? ? ?

I must check it !maybe again a rusty and metalic thing,wait a min.....mmm...soft,...good smell,mmmmm,fresh,what a red,as red as it gets,I can taste with carefully,still I remeber your bad taste rusty metalic chocolates in previous,...mmmmmm,but it's real,Ok,I try one,mmmmm,...Fanatstic :)
Excellent sharpness and a superb details and colors with a perfect composition with green tail,an admirable macro and very attractive and sharp,nicely done Hans,Now I can forgive you because of your previous picture :)))

Are you experiencing a new macro camera? Indeed a new eye from you, but why not? It's good to break the routine...
It's a very seasonal shot, and it makes me hungry! The colors are very bright and details are great. Are they grown in the Netherlands?
Why the title in French?

I adore the strawberries, and in these days I have already had the pleasure to taste them, I am in attended of the summer, my preferred ones are those of the forest... ;-)

Uuuhhmmmm! What lovely colours, I can almost smell them through my monitor ;o) Like Sophie says it is good to break the routine and do something new, have fun. Well, technically it's pretty much perfect so I'll just sit back and enjoy the summer vibe :o)

Prachtige foto van deze aardbeien. Ze glimmen mooi en het rood en groen is erg aantrekkelijk hier. Ik krijg direct trek in aardbeien, gelukkig heb ik een bakje in de ijskast staan. :-D

Very realistic. I did n't follow the right way conducting from the chocolate tablets to the Tableau and passing throught there, but as I finish there I feel the machine needed to be reactivated RVB before going back to the usual TE shots.
This one is a real test in quality, and taste in sugar.

Hoi Hans,

Ik voel mij een klein beetje beschaamd om deze niet gezien te hebben, maar laat is laat maar de overtuiging blijft de zelfde, nochtans de rode aarbeien liegen er niet om, ze zijn mooi en zeker smakkelijk voor op te eten, en het groene steeltje dit doet de kleuren bloezen!

Prachtig deze aardbeien, ik ben blij dat het groen wat bruin verdord is ... dat maakt het wat realistischer anders zou ik zweren dat het plastic aardbeien waren.

These remind me of the strawberries I ate this morning. They were so luscious, juicy and red like the ones in your photo.....mmmmmmmm...very tasty and beautiful! I like the way you have included the green part as well. It contrasts well with the vibrant red colour. Well captured and composed! You're making me hungry :P

The strength of this composition is the close and tight crop of the shot. The whole frame is nicely filled with the fruit and the detail is impressive. Nice rich colouring, and a great framing. Well done.

Bonjour mon ami Hans,
J'aime beaucoup le titre "Allez aux fraises" : en français dans le texte, comme dans les livres traduits.
Les fraises ressortent, à merveille, une envie irrésistible de "piocher" l'une de ces fraises et d'en goûter toute la saveur.
Une photo qui claque tel un drapeau par un jour de grand vent.
Une photo qui pétille et qui donne faim.
