Very fine night shot, Jack. The exposure is excellent and there are nice mid blue tones to the sky. The long boat adds great foreground interest and movement.

Hi Jack,
It seems there is a full moon in Rotterdam as well as here ;-) The shot is outstanding. Taking into account it's a night shot, its clarity is excellent and colours very well saturated. The title tells it all -- very fine blue night. Well done.

Indeed that hotel values the money to enjoy this view over the river to the buildings and all the light with the boat in front, catched on the right moment.

Hi Jack! I can see that the view from your hotel room was almost as goos as from rinie's apartment :o) The different blue tones are very pleasant and it is great that you got the moon and one of those big ships with the captains car on the back in the same shot.

I followed this full moon during all the back at home during the night from saturday to sunday but didn't took a picture of it!
Anyway, that's a nice picture of the old Maas with the moon and this boat! The exposure is perfect! Well done!

Samll update: I think you choose the false lense in the desciption , the exif shows 29 mm, what is similar to my shot.
