To my mind - without the picturesque sky this pic would be of '0' value - it is seen that it is taken in haste, from car, without any specific, unusual combination, in uninspiring place.
I would try to improve the chances of this situation by taking the picture from somewhat higher point, f.e. through the hole in the roof of the car (do not know how this thing is in English) or side window, without this boxy car in front - may be then the lights of the cars in traffic jam would create some interesting pattern and give more sense to the wording "Morning rituals". Too much uninspiring bush here as well.
Sorry if there are too much critics, I am ready to take it on my side as well ;)
