Amsterdam.. city of Bicycles among other things...
We are normally used to see the whole family being transported on a moterbike or so in Asian countries.. Here for a change.. in Amsterdam... a family on a bike....

Nice picture with funny situation. This transportation with lots of children is more usual in Vietnam !
It's a great composition and the speed is well captured.
Well done
Bertrand

Hello Bala,
lol, ça c'est un vélo qui déchire sa race !
Super le filé, excellente technique.
Bon la roue coupée c'est un peu dommage.
Il y a encore de la place pour mettre un 4e bambin, au travail madame.

what things Bala? :P

There's room for more ahaha great moment, very well seen and very well framed!

Mario

So many people in a bike!
That's a strange thing for me. :)
But that's a nice shot. I like the aspect of the background!
Greatings, Artur.

Hi Bala
so there you were, in Amsterdam, great how sharp you got the bicycle towards the moved background blur. And the family byke is realy depicting this country.
Tot ziens as they say in Dutch.

Good capture Bala, Excellence byc shot. Well done

Totaly charming scene, Bala, beautifuly controlled as to sharpness and movement, to which you managed to give an "Asian" street feel (dunno how you did it). I had the same impression looking at a shot from Luan yesterday. Maybe it's the lady's blouse...
Excellent photography. Cheers, Francis

Hi Bala,
Nice scene, I like the feeling of speed given by the blurred background and the shharpness of the subjects.
Its a pity that you didnt get the whole bike, but its not easy in such conditions.
A+
Daniel

Wow! Great photo and nicely composed! Looks like a panning shot but the people are so sharp! Great job. Love the blurr. JP

i wonder if you did panning here, because the lady and the kids are very sharp, whereas the background is not..

Cheers. (sorry, green later)

You are absolutely right : she must be living in Asia !
I have never seen something like this in Europe !
Great capture.
Stéphane

Wow, I like this photo! In USA, hemets, knee pads, and elbow pads required or a fine. I am sure 4 on a bike would never be allowed, must be safety seats also. fun and freedom in USA, is replaced by laws, and regulations, home fo the free!

Funny and charming! Good timing of your shot.

Oh, wow! This is quite special! I am also used to cycle a lot and when I was I get, we where also sometimes 4 people on 1 bike, but we didn't had a bike which was so approriate. Very nice composition with the bike a bit more to the right and the blurry surrounding, only a shame that a part of a wheel is missing, but you can't have it all. You probably had to hurry, so this is a very good result!
Yes, it doesn't look so very safe like in the USA, but everybody is used to bikes in traffic and take consideration to them and we have lots of safe cycle paths, although helmets are a good idea, especially for kids.
Thanks, i love this photo!

You were lucky to catch this bala, a not typical scene even in amsterdam, bikes yes, but not with three kids in tow.
You manage to control the shot well, sharpness and contrast are spot on.

heehe i never seen this kind of bicycle
this is so cute,
i would like try it ;o)
a funny and nice pics Bala
