Photographer’s Note
It is a very quiet, peaceful, good-natured city. (Maybe it seemed this way to me after "abnormally crazy" New York?..) I guess so. But I felt very comfortable and calm there at once, as soon as I stepped on that ground.
This is a typical Amsterdam scene: canal, which is called "gracht" in Dutch, colorful flowers, bicycle...
They say, sunny weather is not a very usual thing at those places, but I was lucky: there were no rain for all 9 days that I was in Holland!
