the metropolitain of amsterdam is composed with only one ligne, so it's very quiet. most of people prefer taking the tramway or simply the bike

Nice shot David. I like the photos which contain the motion and you captured one of them impressively. Could I ask whether you've used a tripod or not?

Great action and motion - not just the train but also the person who is going towards it.
I love trains!
Keep em coming!

I have one picture very similar from Rio de Janeiro metropolitan. I think, with you cut out the foot in the left side or with you have took the picture including all man body you could have a better result!

Wow this is similar to one of mine....very funny...have you ever seen it?
I would have cropped off the moving girl on the left...but her foot is just under the end of the line....what a pity!

Good capture David! I didn't even know Amsterdam had a Metro...we walked everywhere when we were there. I like the well conveyed sense of motion.

It is a good ideia! this place is nice to take blurry pictures of the tram and people. Blurry photos are good to express daily life.

I really love the combination of perspective and motion blur. I'm wondering what would happen with a strong cropping both on the left and on the right, so to obtain a vertical frame. I did a workshop to see what does come out.

Now that I see this ... it is cool ... I like it. Great motion.
