This woman in black in the colourful world of swimming and playing children seem to relax very well and contemplate in the hectic but peaceful summer afternoon in the Westerpark.
If you visit Amsterdam, forget the Vondelpark and go to the Westerpark just outside the center near the Haarlemmerplein. There is culture (arthouses, theaters, cinema), nature (a beautiful water naturepark)amd even a little swimming pool.

Over the pinsterdagen mogen we echt niet klagen, het was warm en zeer zonnig.

She looks like a statue amidst the humans enjoying carefree evening! Excellent figure, and nice framing. The red in the fg adds a touch of phobism but the bg actually plays the leading role. A nice combination of artistic insight. My sincere compliments

In general it looks a little on the cluttered side, but it is still very attractive, be it for the joyful ambiance enhanced by the sun, for that colour punch of the red blanket or for the subtle sensuality of the female silhouette. It's a very challenging light situation and I have the notion that there are many people who dislike much its harshness, but I like it and I find it's reasonably well controlled.
