So, I'm back in Amsterdam. Here you can see de Raamgracht (Window Canal) with de Zuiderkerk in the background. A typical view from Amsterdam, I think, with the bridge, the canal and the church.

De Zuiderkerk was designed by Hendrik de Keyser and built between 1603-1614. Here you can see another picture with this church.

I took this picture a couple of weeks ago, when you could smell the spring already ;-)
I cropped the picture a bit and increased contrast and colours.

Hi Lars, I like this quiet city shot. There is a person sitting there. It looks that he is reading sitting on the bridge. You have a very nice DOF, well nice contrast and good composition.

A nice peaceful and quiet place this is. The atmosphere is relaxing. You have given enough open spaces for the eyes to rest and be comfortable. The little patches of red helped to spice up the scene. Thanks and regards.

Mooie foto met een prachtig blauwe lucht. De contrasten op de huizen zijn erg goed. Grappig dat die meiden daar op de brug zitten (je zou haast die ene vragen om ook een rode jas aan te doen).

Very nice and I think typical picture from Amsterdam. Great colours, sharpness and lighting. The weather, as I can see, is good. Really what are the two people doing, reading?? Great work Lars!

Hi Lars, nice Amsterdam pic en wat een goede gelegenheid om voor 't eerst Deenstalige popmuziek te horen (nice rock ballad!). Mooi perspectief en leuk die meiden bij de brugleuning. Goed werk & bedankt voor de muzieklink.

Hi Lars! I listened to the music. It wasn't too bad, even though I don't speak any Dutch at all! This is a great daily life shot from Amsterdam. Seems like a beautiful place. I like the inclusion of that big patch of blue sky and the high thin clouds. Nicely done Lars.

I already have seen a lot from amsterdam, bridges and canal, and I think this framing is convenient to catch the buildings and the situation created by the briges to show; So here there is a good balance. Nice colors and depth for a beautiful composition.

nice urban shot! I find it as a good addition to your colorful photo album. I like the rusty looking street lamp here at the corner.

Dag Lars,
Deens is nu niet mijn taal, alleen de schrijfwijze is voor mij al een ongeluk, maar uw foto is absoluut een prachtig beeld met de toren boven de andere gebouwen. De links zijn ook interesant, maar het detail op de brug is niet goed te herkennen een H/D, misschien die zit te tekenen?

Godt bilde av Amsterdam Lars, typisk gateparti, gode farger, lys og kontrast. MEGET kreativt med linken til sangen og musikken. Egentlig kunne gjerne hele sangteksten vært tatt med..
