Rotterdam is the second-largest city in the Netherlands and one of the largest ports in the world. Its strategic location at the Rhine-Meuse-Scheldt delta on the North sea and at the heart of a massive rail, road, air and inland waterway distribution system extending throughout Europe is the reason that Rotterdam is often called the "gateway to Europe". Population census 2012 : 617 000. A street sight of the city surburbs by early morning. Source : wiki

A fine shot of this street in Rotterdam . Very good POV gives great depth to the shot and allows us to see more of the architecture of the area. Like the inclusion of the zebra crossing in the foreground reminds me a bit of the Beatles, Abbey Road album cover. Nice job Miguel and many thanks.

A fine depiction of this street -- nice to see!
At first, I thought you had missed the better foto -- the same scene, but fully including the two bicyclists! But in the very bottom of the frame, I think I see the reason. Are you standing behind a parked car?

Buen trabajo. Me gusta mucho.
Disfruta de un buen dia.
Saludos muy cordiales.

A nice street view from Rotterdam, a city that seems to live forever in the shade of Amsterdam and Hague. The street makes a fine diagonal and provides depth. The slightly complicated light has been very well handled.

nice the view as the creative perspective from this side of the street of the town, with the people to are so few in it.I like the characteristic architectural style of the buildings,as the good presentation.

We do not see much of Rotterdam on TE, Miguel.
This town basically was built from scrap after WW2 ended, and mostly is a port city.
Nice depth collected along the boulevard, under low angel light and people added vibrant texture to the image.

An excellent street-view this is with angular series of buildings and the crossing.
Very good DoF and clarity in light and shade. The bikers in foreground added movement in the scene.

I never made it to Rotterdam so that city will have to wait for next year's trip. Good motion blur on the fg bike riders. Excellent sharpness elsewhere in the image. Realistic colour and saturation with good framing and composition. Tfs!

port cities are most of the times something chaotic and with ugly areas. here we have an interesting view of this famous town whose images I never saw before. nice details of the architecture and the daily life.

its always nice to see the every-day street scenes in far away cities and countries :)
and even out here in the suburbs as you say, we can still see many bikes :)
a cultural photo for sure, and i enjoy seeing the style of architecture outside of the major city centre.
thanks for this one
